Expert Witness Report: $2500 retainer billed at $250 per hour.
Service will include a thorough review of medical records and pertinent scientific literature. The final expert report provides a clear, evidence-based analysis linking causation to musculoskeletal and neurological injuries, designed to support legal arguments effectively. (turnaround time: as agreed upon with retaining attorney)
$300/hour (minimum of 4 hours). Deposit of $1200 is required prior to preparation and testimony.
100% of reimbursable costs: Reimbursable costs include, but are not limited to, travel time, travel expenses, stand by time, telephone, copies, postage & delivery, etc. that are attributable to a case.
